Imelda’s Cleaning Service
Effective Date: April 16, 2026
1. Services Provided
Imelda’s Cleaning Service offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and customized cleaning services as agreed upon prior to the appointment.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to the full service amount.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on the size, condition, and scope of the cleaning service.
- Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs from the initial description.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients are asked to:
- Pick up clutter, personal items, and valuables prior to service
- Secure pets or inform us in advance if pets will be present
- Inform us of any delicate or high-value items requiring special care
7. Damages & Liability
While we take great care in our work, accidents may happen.
- Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- Imelda’s Cleaning Service is not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation of items, or pre-existing conditions.
8. Safety & Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions.
9. Supplies & Equipment
We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise discussed. If clients request the use of specific products, we are not responsible for any damage caused by those products.
10. Recurring Services
For recurring clients, we reserve the right to adjust pricing based on changes in condition, frequency, or scope of work. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information or details about your home or business will be kept strictly confidential.
12. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Imelda’s Cleaning Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
